SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTIONS
1. To drive the project in planning, organizing, managing and controlling the various stages of the assigned medium to high complexity projects in ensuring the projects are executed according to the schedule, cost and quality.
2. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
3. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
4. Responsible for making sure Agile Team lives by the values and practices of Scrum.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead the planning as well as implementation of project and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
2. Prompt coordination with business units, technical team, governance team and service provider on project implementation plan.
3. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and to provide direction and support to project team.
4. Identify and report project issues, slippage of tasks or milestone and project risks and facilitate timely resolution.
5. Conduct Scrum ceremonies including organizing and facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups meeting, sprint review, retrospective meeting etc.
6. Eliminate impediments and actively address issues so that the team can remain focused on achieving the objectives of the Iteration.
7. Provides timely reports on project status, budget spending, risks and issues to enable early visibility into project performance for better decision making by the authorized person or committee.
8. Promotes and take accountability for project quality, opportunity to improve delivery.
9. Manage project changes, ensuring any changes to the project baseline are managed through change request and all impacts are considered.
10. Adopt an agile and flexible approach to work and an outstanding level of professionalism and conduct.
11. Management and coordination of all cross-functional initiatives with organizational impact.
12. Ensures PMO practice, documentations, approach and governance processes are applied consistently
